If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 15-day notice before you move out.
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport). If storing a boat, RV or any other vehicle we require proof of ownership (example: registration in signer's name, bill of sale to signer)
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and cash. We do not accept American Express at this time.
We do not sell boxes but we do sell locks and small packing supplies such as packing tape.

We provide a code for the gate keypad at our south location (9719 SE Banta Lane).
At our east facility (2521 NE 3rd Street) the gate is open during the standard access hours of 7AM to 9PM, and daylight savings time of 6AM to 10PM -- no gate code necessary.
